In a Hurry

I have an interview today so I only had time for my regular routine. I took out the shoulder stand yoga pose though. I can't do it yet anyway.

Regular Routine- 44 minutes

  11. Dance

  14. Spinal Twist
  15. Spine Extension
  16. Gate
Strength-
  1. Single-Leg Extension
  2. Push-up and Side Plank
  3. Torso Twists
  4. Lunge
  5. Tricep Extension
  6. Arm and Leg Lift
