Morning Headache

Mom was doing ok for the last 2 days, but then this morning after I gave her some breakfast and her morning pills I left the room for a few minutes and heard a loud crash. I ran into her room to find her on the floor next to the fan. She'd tried to get up to turn it off, fell and bumped her head on the window sill. She had a bump on her head and was only able to say "help help" and "I don't know" when I tried to ask her where she was hurt. I let her rest a little while, then got her to sit up and talk and she said she was feeling better. I hope she doesn't have a concussion or anything because all she wants to do is sleep. She said she doesn't feel nauseous though and she got dressed.
